TENANT SLASHES WRISTS 3 MONTHS AFTER ROOST LANDLORDS HANLONS TAKE OVER
Daniel Hanlon as Decent Respectable Businessman. But behind this facade corporate insolvent businesses which do not add up, and a vast property empire where they abuse and threaten vulnerable tenants.
In July 2007 the Hanlons took over the property of 84 St Helens Rd, Hastings. By September I had slashed my wrists.
I was under pressure as a post traumatic abuse victim of sexual abuse and harassment and violence. I had never recovered before being forced back to find work and try and continue. The Hanlons took over with their awful obnoxious bullying property manager Mark Youngman.
Water, disrepair, ceilings disintegrating in childrens room upstairs. Ceiling falling down into pram and Hanlons and Youngman being nasty to tenants. It was all too much and in September I slashed my wrists.
I became permanently disintegrated. I could not work again being completely destroyed mentally and all and any resilience gone.
Even with my arm in plaster and a serious severed arm Mark Youngman just kept on bullying me and telling me how they could always evict me.
I just laid in my bed with water coming in the ceiling in the bathroom, with my arm in plaster and in extreme pain and cried and cried and cried.
There is nothing any tenant, woman or disabled or mentally ill can do. Anyone can do anything to you. Nobody has any rights.
Option, streets and homelessnes, with disabled, women and many vulnerable people being made homeless everyday.
I had 4 walls, a roof and misery.

If you want the truth, the truth is not attractive. Am I ashamed and embarrased? Yes I am. But do I want the world to know what tenants are driven to by Hanlons and Roost. Yes. Because nobody should live like this and have their sexual abuse and mental distress and trauma used against them by vicious mentally sadistic rogue landlords.
Mine was much worse, looked like a butchers slab. severed an artery, two tendons and a nerve. Surgeons said I could lose half of left hand, partial paralysis if I moved surgery. Mark Youngman still made me move boxes two days after surgery and still high on sedation and pain killers.
