Oakfield/Hanlon Tenant’s Will Be Allowed toLeave If They Pay Us Extra £1000. Money which is not owed. This is EXTORTION!

despair woman2I found out the other say that a tenant who wishes to leave a substandard and dangerous property of Hanlon and Oakfield P.M. management was been told, they will be “allowed to leave” if the tenant pays them £1000 and leaving fee adminstration costs. 

There is no money owed. Rent is up to date. The property is substandard and dangerous. Council know that property is substandard and dangerous, but do not do anything. Know families, young children and elderly are there. And yet will not do anything.

The only way Hanlons and Oakfield can guarantee their money and tenants is to now say, they will be “allowed to leave” if the tenant pays them £1000.

THIS IS EXTORTION!

If you complain about unsafe conditions you will be evicted. If you wish to leave because of unsafe conditions you will be charged £1000 to be allowed to leave. Your safety and health is not our interests.

There is no money for legal aid for tenancy/landlord disputes, disrepair or harassment any more.  All access to justice and rights has been removed by the government removing all Legal Aid from civil cases.

This means that all tenants, mums and dads, single parents, children, elderly disabled vulnerable and the normal working person who is in private rented accommodation has no right to law no matter what, no matter how bad the property, or abusive the landlord or illegal the practice.

From April 2013 it will be rare for anyone earning over £20,000 to qualify for legal aid in most civil cases including landlord/tenant disrepair and harassment cases, employment, clinical negligence, domestic abuse, discrimination harassment and abuse cases and many more. The public is not secure the public are no longer safe.
