Oakfield P.M. So Bad, Homeless Prefer to Stay Homeless than go into a Property Managed by Oakfield
HOMELESS TURN DOWN PROPERTY AND PREFER TO REMAIN HOMELESS IF PROPERTY OFFERED IS MANAGED BY OAKFIELD P.M.
I volunteered for few nights at the Snowflake night shelter. I also have helped out a few homeless and struggling by giving odd jobs or various stuff. What I found from them is that even among the homeless and destitute if a property is offered to them and they find it is run by Oakfield P.M. and Neil Newstead’s motley crew they turn it down and prefer to continue in their dire circumstances and homelessness than be in a property run by Oakfield. They have such a bad reputation for running substandard dangerous property and exploiting tenants and vulnerable, they would rather not go there.
I have been trying to rehabilitate myself and challenge myself to get out of the position I am in and test and push my abilities and boundaries. Kirkgaard said: “If in Doubt, Jump Into the Dark.” and hen I was a child my Dad’s idea of teaching you how to swim was to teach you a few basic paddling and swim strokes, then throw you in the deep end. How to learn how to Fight – Get Thrown into One. Seems that was done without my seeking it. So I am a person who throws themselves in and gets on with it, rather than wait, dither and worry. I also can keep going and going and going. Get up, get knocked down, Get Up, Get Knocked Down, but if the aim and purpose is important and vital I will keep going. And Home, People, Family, Personal Safety, Not Being Abused, Bullied Threatened IS IMPORTANT.
