Neil Newstead Gets In Trouble

Seems that Neil Newstead, Director of Oakfield Property Management cannot stop getting himself in trouble. Either by being drunken, disorderely and violent, or by purposeful poor directorship and bad management of property, landlords and tenants and failing to uphold and meet basic requirements. Is this by mistake, or lax or incompetence or basic “I don’t really care.” If he wanted to be accountable and intend to improve, he would be transparent and choose to be on an accountable list. He chooses not too. and Oakfield chooses not to be on any transparent accountability list.
