I AM TO DISTRESSED AND ILL TO ATTEND. I HAVE BEEN TOLD I WILL BE FOUND GUILTY ANYWAY.
I UNDER STRESS HAVE LEFT MY HOME AND EVERYTHING IN IT AND BEEN WITHOUT A HOME SINCE 13TH MARCH 2018.
JUDGES HAVE TOLD AND WARNED ME NOT TO OFFEND AGAIN!
WHAT RECORD AND CHRONICLE THE WAY WE ARE LIVING AND THE ABUSE AND INTIMIDATION OF TENANTS WHO ARE VULNERABLE, DISABLED ELDERLY OR LONE MOTHERS IN UNSAFE PRIVATE PROPERTY BECAUSE WE HAVE NO RIGHTS TO BE SAFE OR ACCESS TO JUSTICE?
I THINK I WILL CONTINUE.
I was arrested on the eve of my 58th birthday at 11.30 pm on 26th January 2018. Police caught me easily at my home. I was arrested and put in the back of a van. A van had already been provided, not a police car. I was taken out of Hastings and away to Eastbourne police station where I was put in a cell all night. I did not sleep and through nervousness threw up and had stress/cough incontinence. I am at that right age. Luckily I was allowed to take a few pads with me
I was held overnight and presented at Brighton Court on my birthday. This is because I wrote a true blog about my experience as a severely disabled mentally ill woman with severe impairment and gross PTSD living in a hazardous property with a rogue landlord and estate agent who would use my disability and stress and fear against me to live like that for years. The landlord and estate agent have dubious pasts which are already known and recorded and available.So I wrote about it so in case of death or suicide my situation will be known and also warn others as landlord and estate agent have a terrible reputation.
No help no access to justice, organizations and services are ineffective and with legal aid removed no access to law, On top of this lawyers have been advised not to pick up disabled cases as too risky to their liability and reputation if things go wrong. Also even with clear physical and concrete evidence disabled can still be accused of making it up, being confused or liars. If they show too much upset and stress due to the circumstances and abuse, understandably then they will be told to forget about it, accept it and “move on.” This means the serial abuser and offenders continue and no justice is done. Disabled and vulnerable have no access to law that makes them the most vulnerable to being targetted for exploitation and harassment.

ALL LAWYERS HAVE SAID I WILL BE FOUND GUILTY AND THEY HAD NO INTENTION OF PREPARING A CASE, PUTTING UP A DEFENCE OR SEEKING OR PURSUING EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT MY RIGHT TO TELL THE TRUTH AND RECORD MY SUFFERING WITH NO RIGHTS TO LAW OR JUSTICE OR SAFETY

I have absolutely no faith having been dismissed and told I will be found guilty and it does not matter what is being done to me and other tenants and vulnerable. It does not matter that there is no access to justice or the right to be safe. Landlords and Property Managers and the criminal organisations and thugs who run our streets and town can do what they want but to record it and write about it will get the disabled, tenant, single mother, family and elderly arrested.
So I put together a slideshow video of what happened when trying to find a solicitor to represent me and finding none who did not know the landlords or estate agent I went to Lawson, Lewis and Blakley solicitors in January 2017. HE SAID HE WOULD NOT DEFEND ME, HE WOULD NOT DO ANY WORK AND HE WAS HANDING ME OVER TO BE FOUND GUILTY, AND ALSO SAID ANY OTHER DISABLED AND TENANT WRITING ABOUT THEIR BAD ACCOMMODATION AND ABUSE WOULD BE ARRESTED AND FOUND GUILTY AS WELL.
IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT ANYBODY DOES TO US OR HOW WE ARE AFFECTED OR HARMED WE WILL BE GUILTY IF WE WRITE ABOUT IT.

Holden and Co are hand in glove. Holden has the only legal aid certificate. He is known for corruption and even embezzling tenants awards.
Holden would not take Hanlons and Oakfield on because they have virtually got him by the goollies.
You will get minimum award a retaliatory eviction and little real justice as they will continue when they should be taken to court as a public prosecution by council and crown prosecution for running unsafe properties. But they wont, cosy as anything and teflon coated.

I did not win but the case against me for running this blog was thrown out as Crown Prosecution said they had no case and judge threw it out. Not really a win. And nowhere forward or addressed or resolved, the bad property management and abuse of tenants goes on. IT BEING TRUE, FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND IN PUBLIC INTEREST OF HEALTH AND SAFETY IS NOT S DEFENCE said first judge, I could be put away for ten years if I pursued supporting evidence myself. No lawyer would defend me or freedom of speech but were going to hand me over to be found guilty.
Thrown out of coat as case collapsed as “I” proved every point wrong or evidence proving their corruption and criminal activities.
For one word to be said in court about their criminal activities and the judge would have to pass it forward for them to be investigated, He did not. Protected, Teflon Coated.
