HERE MR HANLON HIRED A CHERRY PICKER EXTENDED CRANE TO GET 3 ARIELS DOWN FROM THE ROOF BECAUSE THE DISREPAIR SURVEY SAID SO JUST ONE DAY BEFORE COURT DATE BECAUSE HE HAD FORGOTTEN. Me I would have blagged it until the scaffolding went up at the back to do the roof and building at the rear. A fool and his money are soon parted, and so is Mr Hanlon’s
Mr Hanlon still had the roof, back of property, water leaking into the building and 3 ariels on the top of the roof to remove as part of the surveyor’s recommendations. As the loose arials could damage the tiles and roof by removing and damaging tiles in the wind and again causing water to get into the building. Pretty, stupid to be doing all that repair of water damage in the building when Mr Hanlon still does not address the reasons for water damage getting into the building in the first place.
So today, I heard the sound of a big heavy machinery, I looked out and found Mr Hanlon had ordered a massive huge extending crane for 2 hours to go up and just remove the 3 arials. The cost per hour is £160. But they have to be booked for 2 hours minimum as is usual.
The crane basket could not get passed the chimney and dorma bedroom. So the man had to attach a harness and crawl up the tiles, secure himself while trying to loop the arials and pull them down. It looked very dangerous work, and with a slip the man would be down. for the sake of a few arials. And Mr Hanlon could always have removed them and checked and repaired the chimney and roof when the scaffolding was up to paint the front of the house for several weeks. I cannot understand the stupidity and lack of sense in the man. He is costing himself more aggravation, costs and loss and possible continuing damage to the building. He thinks I am the enemy. I think he is his own enemy, and at that, his own worse enemy. When it comes to blame, there is one finger pointing out and always 3 fingers pointing back.

and no one would call it defamation as everyone would agree, and IT’S TRUE! Ah well, a fool and his money is soon parted, especially a rich fool who thinks money can buy him anything and get anything. There is always plenty who will take it off you.

RISK YOUR OWN HEALTH AND LIFE FIRST, BUT NOT FOR THE SAKE OF A 2 BID ARIAL OR YOUR OWN MEAN LITTLE PRIDE.
This is for the sake of over proud selfish stubbornness and not for me or anyone else, but because it is just one day before the next court appearance.
No 84, run and owned by a NUTTER! With too much money and no friggin brain. Actually, he has no money, but we will pass that. He can always get some. But some contractors are still not paid after several years. His books are questionable, But then he did wrap up a few businesses because of corporate insolvency, no books and questionable payments and tens of millions gone missing and unaccounted for.
The Mr Hanlons do not add up. But then they never have done. But as long as they are not risking their lives, homes, families, or children or elderly they never do care.
